The winner of The Great British Bake Off 2017 has been crowned and Sophie Faldo joined Paul Ross and Carole Malone to reflect on her experience.

Although Bake Off judge Prue Leith accidentally revealed the winner on Twitter before the show had aired, Faldo said "we still love her very much. Accidents happen and [there are] honestly no hard feelings to her."

She revealed that when watching the final it "brought back a lot of memories actually. It brought back a lot of the nerves that I felt."

The winner, who is also a trainee stuntwoman, also told Paul and Carole that now the series is over "I'd love to write my own book."
