Ben Shephard and Chris Kamara popped by the studio for a chat with Paul Ross.
The presenters co-host Ninja Warrior UK alongside The Saturdays star Rochelle Humes, a show which serves as the British version of the Japanese assault course game Sasuke.
In the show, currently in its third series, contestants are put through a series of obstacle courses, and if they qualify, they must climb "Mount Midoriyama" to win the show.
The presenters told Paul about what the latest series has been like.
Ben said: "This is definitely the toughest it's ever been.
"What we get is contestants who have an idea of what they're facing, trying some of these obstacles.
"It's very dangerous, along with being extraordinarily entertaining."
Chris said: "That's the reason why I haven't done it.
"Insurance-wise, if I got injured, he'd [Ben] have to do it on his own, and the world is just not ready for that."
The latest episode aires on ITV at 7pm.
