Chloe Brotheridge popped by the studio to chat about her new book with Penny Smith.
The author and trained hypnotherapist has just published a book entitled The Anxiety Solution: A Quieter Mind, a Calmer You.
The book details various ways in which readers can reduce their anxiety.
She told Penny Smith: "Everyone experiences worry from time to time, some anxiety is completely normal.
"It's not about curing anxiety, it's about learning to manage it.
"We never switch off from our technology. This is part of the problem.
"So often, anxiety and the way we experience it is very physical [but] there are small changes you can make which can have a big impact."
