Would you dare to bare and go au naturel on holiday this year?
Following news that British actor Orlando Bloom forgot to take his clothes on a paddle-boarding expedition while on holiday in Italy with his girlfriend, the US pop star Katy Perry, research has revealed that more than HALF of Brits say they would sunbathe naked this summer.
The study, by online holiday company lastminute.com, surveyed 2,000 people, with responses showing that 35% of British men and 17% of women would be happy to strip off for their suntan.
Andrew Welch, from British Naturism, shared his views on the matter with Jonny Gould and Ash.
"We're realising that Victorian values [are a thing of the past] and it's a really nice feeling not to have clothes on," he said.
"We're all experiencing more adventurous things around the world and taking your clothes off is no longer the eyebrow-raising dinner-party subject it used to be.
"It's really just about comfort, and the law is very much on our side – there's no legislation that tells you what you can and can't wear in any circumstances."
