Media entrepreneur Sarah Jane Thomson has rejected the chance to sponsor Jonny Gould feat. Ash!
She was invited to invest in our new talkRADIO show that airs between 7-10pm every night but, for some strange reason, she turned down the opportunity.
She did, however, give the boys some key advice.
She said: “You need to think about product before name. Name is really important, but you need to think about repeat business. The product's got to stand out, it’s got to have a raison d’être."
She also admitted it winds her up that the government isn’t pro-business enough in her view: “I think there is still the whole concept that kids go off to uni and think the world owes them something, when actually they could be rolling their sleeves up and coming up with ideas. I just think we’re not pro-entrepreneurial.”
