James Cleverly MP has defended the contents of the Queen's Speech in Wednesday's State Opening of Parliament.
The Conservative MP for Braintree was discussing the contents of the Queen's Speech with our host - specifically, the Brexit content it contained.
Cleverly maintained the Tory party position on Brexit was clear - the Government plans to pull Britain out of the customs union and European single market.
He claimed Labour Party had stirred up confusion about this.
He said: "They have made a sort of an implied promise to their traditional voters they’ll deliver Brexit.
"But if you talk to young voters around London or the south of England, somehow, Labour’s convinced them they can stop Brexit.
"This will cause difficulties over the years, because they’ll have to face one way."
