Author and public speaker David Icke has said what he predicted in the 1990s is coming true whilst Mike Graham slammed his theories as scaremongering.
Icke, a famous conspiracy theorist, has released a book called Everything You Need To Know But Have Never Been Told, which details his views on the reality of power and koney.
He joined Mike Graham and Lembit Opik in the studio. Mike said: "You’ve been warning about stuff for many many years and it hasn’t come true why should we believe you now?"
But Icke claimed "what was in [my] books back in the 1990s is now happening" and "this is in terms of the gathering Orwellian state, the destruction of freedom, the cashless society for which there are vast implications."
Mike slammed this as "just scaremongering" but Icke hit back by saying "it’s happening man, wake up" and claiming "the Western world is rapidly becoming a cashless society."
Icke was one of Britain's most famous sportscasters before making his conspiracy theories public. He was widely mocked for his view that the world's most powerful people are really shape-shifting lizard-like humanoids, although he rarely expresses such views these days.
During his chat with Mike, Icke said that people are influenced by their parents and the state through their "formative years" and then "go out with this core perception of normal and what I call the postage stamp reality" but now the number of people questioning the system has increased.
He also claimed "before people dismiss things and wave their arms about and say they are open minded" they should "have a bit of humility about the fact we can see...virtually nothing." This is because he claims our eyes can only "see a tiny fraction of 0.005% of the universe."
