A nightclub in Paris has been criticised for offering free shots to women who show their breasts.

The club called Wanderlust had a large sign which read "tits = shot" along with several images of women showing their breasts, according to The Local.

On Monday (August 21) a woman named Anne, who says she is a feminist, uploaded a photo of the sign to Twitter.

Anne claimed that she thinks this sign would cause many problems as when women are very drunk they are likely to go along with the idea and reveal themselves for the free drink.

She also added that taking photos of these women and putting them up in public is wrong and potentially illegal.

Wanderlust management claim that they did not know about the sign as it was put up by members of staff without their knowledge.

The club tweeted: "We were not aware of this sign. The photos will be removed immediately and we will look into punishing those responsible."

It also added that it "firmly" condemns the drink offer.
