Monday, June 26, 2017

Warwick Davis has shared more of his experience in working on the Harry Potter films to mark the 20th anniversary of the series.

Today (Monday June 26th) marks the day the first book in the series, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, was published.

The first movie would follow years later, in 2001.

Davis, who portrayed both Griphook and Professor Flitwick in the series, spoke to Paul Ross about his experience of working on them.

He said: "These films required a great deal of time and effort to bring to the screen.

"We felt a great responsibility to J.K. Rowling and the readers as a cast and crew to do justice to them."

Listen above.
