Midge Ure has revealed he can't stand looking back on his career!

The Scot, co-creator of Live Aid, Live 8 and co-writer of Do They Know It's Christmas? will be back on the road in October reworking songs from every album he's recorded with Rich Kids, Visage and Ultravox.

The tour is titled 'Something From Everything' but, while it's sure to delight his fans, he admits not all of the preparation has been enjoyable.

"I hate going back and listening to what I've done before," he told Jonny and Ash. "Sometimes you're mildly surprised, most times you're very disappointed. You can't remember what you were thinking when you wrote the song."

That's not to say reworking the songs isn't working, however. "They really are making the transition incredibly well, so I’ve obviously done something right throughout my career!"
