Weekly newspaper The New European, aimed at those who supported the Remain campaign, launched today.
Conceived and created in just nine days, it costs £2 and will be on sale in London, Liverpool, Manchester, and Wales, as well as being available online. The plan is to run the paper for four weeks.
Penny Smith spoke to the editor Matt Kelly.
"I just thought what paper is out there that people would want to carry like a badge of honour to say you know what 'I'm part of the 48 per cent who didn't vote to go out'. I couldn't think of one.
"It's not a paper to create division, we're not being antagonistic to the 52 per cent – but I have to say I do find it a little bit wearisome to be told to shut up and just accept democracy. Democracy is all about ongoing conversation and debate."
