Bill Wyman from the Rolling Stones is having a concert to celebrate his 80th birthday, which set The Two Mikes wondering just how old rock stars are being allowed to be.

They invited presenter Tim Cocker from our sister station Virgin Radio to explain more about music, and why musicians are becoming older.

"Record labels are playing it safe," he revealed. "There's not the risks being taken on these interesting characters, which is why there's still demand and appetite for these [older] characters."
