Sixteen people have been arrested in connection with the robbery of Kim Kardashian in France.
The star was robbed of millions of pounds worth of jewellery and threatened in October, whilst staying in a Paris apartment.
The Guardian said they were arrested in early morning raids today, mostly in Paris but also in Normandy and on the French Riviera.
A number of the suspects are reportedly formerly known to police in relation to armed robberies.
Fingerprints were found at the apartment in which the star was robbed, allowing police to identify two suspects. They then put them under surveillance alongside their associates.
The oldest suspect is reportedly in his 60s. Police are entitled to question the suspects for up to 96 hours.
CCTV from the incident shows five men arriving at the building to carry out the robbery, threatening the night porter with a knife.
They then left the building, after threatening Kardashian, taking the trove of jewellery with them.
