TV Presenter Rylan Clark-Neal popped into the talkRADIO studio to chat with Paul Ross about his book The Life Of Rylan!

Since he shot to fame on a series of shows like The X-Factor, Signed By Katie Price, and John Bishop's Britain, Rylan has gone from strength to strength.

He has his own channel 5 chat show, Up Late With Rylan, has covered for Eamonn Holmes on This Morning and is set to co-host the programme with husband Dan on Friday.

His autobiography The Life Of Rylan has topped the Sunday Times bestselling list in a candid chronicle of his life up until this point, including his experience of bullying and the reaction he generated as he began to become more famous.

"It hurt at the time," he told our host. "Any type of bullying is awful.

"I'm just the sort of person where it really does affect me. I was getting death threats while I was on X-Factor

"I felt like the country's most hated man."

Since then, Rylan's established a red-hot presenting career, with his charm and confidence earning him a legion of fans.

"I would genuinely say nothing's changed," he added. "I think that's why I've not turned into an idiot.

"I'm nice to everyone I meet - that's how I've been brought up."

Paul even put Rylan through his paces with a special Big Brother Quiz. Watch the full interview - quiz included - above.
