Arsenal fans could have been forgiven for thinking transfer deadline day couldn't get any more embarrassing.
The Gunners, fresh from a 4-0 whalloping at Liverpool, have lost Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and fans are braced for the departure of Chilean superstar Alexis Sanchez.
But now a rather unlikely body has taken to trolling Arsenal on Twitter, piling fresh misery on the club.
Thames Valley Police, the force which patrols the area around Reading and Oxford, has sent out a very disrespectful tweet as part of its campaign to stop football fans using their phones to check transfer updates while driving.
The tweet reads: Keeping up with #DeadlineDay on your phone? Pls don't check your phone for updates whilst driving, you'll end up with more points than Arsenal."
We'd love to say Arsenal will get their own back with an upturn in fortune in the near future. But, given recent events around the club, it's not looking likely.
