UKIP MEP Patrick O'Flynn has vowed "we'll get our Brexit" despite yesterday's decision in the High Court.
Judges ruled yesterday that Theresa May must consult Parliament before invoking Article 50, the clause that will trigger the UK's secession from the European Union.
However the Government has already launched an appeal against the verdict, to be heard in the Supreme Court in December, and O'Flynn says that the break from Europe will eventually be achieved - by hook or by crook.
O'Flynn also told Julia that the Remain side are "not respecting the results" and said that "there's stone cold anger among the people" over these perceived delaying tactics.
He also suggested that the current impasse over Brexit could be an unexpected boon for UKIP, as the party will be able to play a leading role in driving the Brexit process decision. Long term, O'Flynn said, UKIP will replace Labour as one of a bona fide party of government.
