Bill Clinton has delivered an unexpected verbal bashing to Jeremy Corbyn, according to Wikileaks.

In a private speech, the former president apparently called the Labour leader "a guy off the street" and "the maddest guy in the room".

The alleged leak quotes Clinton as saying that the main reason why Mr Corbyn was elected was because the British people felt they'd been "shafted" and "they don't expect anything to happen anyway."

The timing of the publication is somewhat unfortunate, granted his wife Hillary is a current presidential candidate and because polling across America opens today to decide if she will be president.
