George Galloway has blasted the current state of the Brexit negotiations in an opening rant on his show.
The talks have stalled as the EU refused to discuss trading arrangements until the issues of citizens' rights, the Irish border and the so-called 'divorce bill' are sorted.
Galloway, covering for Julia Hartley-Brewer, delivered a blistering attack on the talks in the opening segment of the show.
He said: "We have a Government which is weak which went to the country, failed to get a mandate, lost the majority they already had.
"It’s a tough negotiation for sure. This is why, in my view, we shouldn’t be negotiating at all.
"When you go into negotiations and agree a sequence in which nothing will be discussed – never mind negotiated - until you have agreed to pay a king’s ransom, you’re asking for trouble.
“If you don’t say that no-deal is better than a bad deal, then you’re inviting the worst deal possible."
