Phillip Hammond unveiled the Budget for 2017 earlier on Wednesday afternoon, and it's already set the chattering classes ablaze with debate and reaction.
There wasn't much talk of Brexit, to everyone's surprise, but in terms of education, healthcare and small business, there was a huge amount to chew over.
But who did well out of Mr Hammond's first major act as Chancellor, and how did badly?
