A coach-load of Chinese visitors was seen stopping near the site of Grenfell Tower and taking pictures at the site, The Times reports.
The paper says a tour guide has been sent back to China and a local coach driver suspended after the bus took an unscheduled stop at the site of the charred tower.
The driver is reported to have told passers-by the group were health and safety experts.
James Buckingham, BM Coaches’ operations director, released a statement to the paper to apologise for the incident.
The paper has also reported the group has made a donation to the Grenfell Fund by way of an apology.
At least 80 people died after flames engulfed the west London tower block in June.
