He may be one of the most reviled movie villains of all time, but Harry Potter bad-guy Voldemort is STILL more popular than US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton among US millenials. 

A poll in the US has shown that the two politicians, who are set for a bitter battle in the run-up to November's US elections, are roundly disliked by voters born since the early 1980s.  

Discussing the importance of the Next Gen poll finding, Tom Rivers, a London-based correspondent for the American Broadcasting Company (ABC), told Julia Hartley-Brewer: "Trump and Clinton are more disliked by millenials than Voldemort – and there are 75 million millenials.

"It's going to be fascinating to see [the race for the White House] unfolding before our very eyes.

"Sixty-six per cent of Americans say the country is not going in the right direction."
