A little cockroach milk in your tea? Scientists have revealed that drinking milk from the scuttling kitchen-dwellers could be the next health fad to sweep the nation. 

A team of boffins from India's Institute of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medecine have conducted an investigation into the Pacific Beetle Cockroach, and found that a single crystal in the creature's milk contains more than three times the amount of energy of traditional milk.

As Bob Mills discussed in his Thursday afternoon show on talkRADIO, it may not sound that tasty, but people have taken part in stranger health fads in the past.
