The real worry about Donald Trump's UN speech is that he seems clueless about foreign affairs, according to a former vice-chair of Democrats Abroad.
Karin Robinson was speaking to Julia Hartley-Brewer after Trump told the UN General Assembly that he was prepared to destroy North Korea and described Kim Jong-un.
Robinson said the speech was "not very effective at getting across America's interest" but sadly predictable given Trump's previous speeches and behaviour.
Instead of focusing on Trump's bellicose threats, the interviewee said the primary concern is that "he seems to have absolutely no foreign policy".
This lack of clarity, Robinson said, is creating a nightmare for US diplomatic staff and giving the impression that America is unreliable on the world stage.
