Donald Trump has said he believed being the President would be easier than running his business empire.
Trump told Reuters: "I loved my previous life. I had so many things going. This is more work than in my previous life. I thought it would be easier."
The US President also said that he missed privacy and feels he has had to retreat from the limelight due to being under strict security, according to The Telegraph.
Trump said: "You're really into your own little cocoon, because you have such massive protection that you really can't go anywhere."
He also warned that there could be a conflict with North Korea and praised the Chinese President Xi Jinping for attempting to reign in the country.
The President said: "I believe he is trying very hard. He certainly doesn't want to see turmoil and death. He doesn't want to see it. He is a good man. He is a very good man and I got to know him very well."
However, Trump also spoke about how young Kim Jong-un was when he took over leadership of North Korea, saying "I'm not giving him credit or not giving him credit, I'm just saying that's a very hard thing to do" at that age.
