Twenty one people have died in Pakistan after drinking toxic liquor during a Christmas party.
Around 50 other people were injured after drinking the substance in Toba Tek Singh in the Punjab, a local police official told AFP.
Police official Muhammad Nadeen said the dead included 19 Christians and two Muslims.
Reports suggests the party-goers died after drinking moonshine. They started vomiting and were rushed to hospital, according to the Express Tribune.
Police said investigations are in progress as to who supplied the moonshine.
