Media law specialist Mark Stephens, from Howard Kennedy LLP, has shed light on Sir Elton John's sexual harassment case, saying the singer 'had gone to enormous lengths to cover it up'.

Sir Elton battled for several months to keep secret details of a sexual harassment charge brought against him by a former employee, who parted company with the star in June 2015.

The musician strenuously denied the harassment claims, and the case was settled out-of-court in February.

Listen to the full interview above, as Mark Stephens explains how the international superstar might better have handled fallout from the case.
