A bomb threat saw a school in Strasbourg evacuated early on Friday morning.
The authorities in France reacted quickly to the threat made towards the Erckmann-Chatrian school, responding at the scene.
The headmistress is also reported to have received threats, according to the parents of children who attend the establishment.
The children were evacuated from the main body of the school and sheltered in the school's gymnasium.
The school was thoroughly inspected by police and bomb squad members for more than two hours before the all-clear was sounded.
