A fugitive and two men hunting him killed each other in a violent shootout at a car dealership in Texas.

Officials said the two men - now identified as Corpus Christi residents Fidel Garcia and Gabriel Bernal - had pursued Ramon Michael Hutchinson since March.

The pursuit had begun after Hutchinson failed to attend a court hearing for several charges, including the assault of a law enforcement officer.

A spokeswoman detailed how the two men had waited for Hutchinson to appear after they tracked him to a Nissan car dealership in Greenville, located northeast of Dallas.

When he did, they approached him and drew their weapons. When the fugitive drew his own weapon, a scuffle ensued after he dropped the gun.

As many as 20 shots were fired in a span of roughly six seconds as customers and employees ducked for cover. The end result was the deaths of all three men.

Fox News has obtained video footage of the moment where several shots ring out.
