Grumpy Cat may be slightly more cheerful now, after the frowning feline's owner received mroe than than $700,000 (£490,700) in a lawsuit.
Tabatha Bundesen filed a lawsuit against the Grenade beverage company three years ago, according to Time.
Documents seen by The Washington Post show the woman had agreed for the cat to promote the “Grumpy Cat Grumpuccino."
However the Grenade beverage company continued to use images of Grumpy Cat to endorse other items it was selling, without Bundesen's consent.
This week the jury in California came to the conclusion that this was not authorised.
Grumpy Cat became a global sensation in 2012, when her owner started to upload pictures of her online.
Her distinctive underbite and dwarfism became internationally recognised trademarks, sparking thousands of memes and gifs.
