Twitter users have been airing their anger over Donald Trump's Charlottesville press conference.

In Trump Tower yesterday in front of a shocked selection of journalists, the US President reverted to his original position of violence on "both sides" having contributed to the incident

Trump had previously condemned neo-Nazis and white supremacists for their role in the events where one woman died after a car was slammed into crowds protesting against a far-right rally.

While he blasted the alleged perpetrator, he also condemned violence from the "alt-left."

The remarks drew condemnation from leading political figures like Marco Rubio and military officers, as well as a host of celebrities.

In the wake of his comments, #ImpeachTrump has been trending on the social network, and users have been airing their feelings.
