Today is Republic Day in India and many are celebrating with parades, dancing and some incredible stunts.
The day marks the anniversary of the new constitution in the country being put in place on January 26 1950, according to The Metro.
This meant India became an independent republic, having been ruled by the UK, first informally and then more directly, for the previous 200 years.
Military parades have been seen in state capitals today (January 26) with professional dancers performing alongside them and airshows above.
Children are also often given sweets and soft toys to celebrate.
The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi will be laying a wreath at India Gate in memory of soldiers who died for India.
The celebrations are already underway and include tanks, motorbikes and floats.
