Twitter has changed substantially today (November 8) - and has received a mixed reaction.
Tweets no longer have to stop at 140 characters, instead users can post up to 280 characters.
Some users have long fought for the extended tweet, claiming 140 was simply not enough to get their point across.
But others believed being concise was one of the positives of the social media platform.
Whilst one half of Twitter is seemingly celebrating the news, some have complained that they instead wanted an edit button. Others have said they're struggling to think of anything to fill the 280 characters.
