Julia Hartley-Brewer clashed with one of Jeremy Corbyn's Labour allies about why Diane Abbott hasn't made media appearances about the Manchester terror attack.
The international trade spokesperson claimed this question was in poor taste as it was a cheap political point.
But Julia argued that it wasn't as it's reasonable to expect the person who would be the Home Secretary if Labour wins the general election to make media appearances after a major terror attack.
She went on to ask if Gardiner knew where Abbott is today, or whether she was suffering with a migraine.
The Labour candidate said talking about migraines trivialises the issue in the most remarkable way, adding that he hasn't spoken with Abbott.
