A man has been charged with a public order offence after allegedly lying naked in a parked car on a public road.

Mindy Fairchild was arrested after the reported incident, which took place on a public road on August 27 in Maidstone.

PCSOs patrolling the area in Hollingbourne are thought to have approached the car on Pilgrims Way to see a 52 year old man reportedly lying in a reclined seating position.

It is alleged his lower extremities were unclothed and exposed.

Fairchild was arrested and charged with the offence, and is due to answer the charge at Maidstone Magistrates Court in September.
