A man has been stabbed during rush hour at the Stratford International Docklands Light Railway station.
The victim, whose injuries are not life-threatening, was attacked shortly before 9am on Wednesday.
British Transport Police said officers were called to reports of a serious assault and that a cordon had been put in place while an investigation takes place.
No arrests have been made.
The stabbing is the latest in a series of violent attacks in the capital, where there have been more than 50 murders since the beginning of the year.
