Police have arrested a man at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of terror offences linked to the Manchester attack.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed the man was apprehended as part of a "planned operation."
They confirmed the arrest on Twitter, and stated he remains in custody. The force made clear the airport was not under any direct threat.
Seven men remain in custody in connection with the suicide bombing attack on Manchester Arena, which injured dozens and left 22 dead.
Salman Abedi had created an improvised explosive device and detonated it as people were leaving a concert by American singer Ariana Grande.
Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
