Manchester Attack: Second victim named as Saffie Rose Roussos

The second victim of the Manchester Arena bombing has been named as eight-year-old Saffie Rose Roussos. 

The  child, from Leyland in Lancashire, was attending the Ariana Grande concert with her mother and sister when the suicide bomber detonated their device.

Twenty-two people, including Saffie Rose, were killed and 59 injured in the explosion in the foyer between the arena and Victoria station. 

A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the attack, and authorities have conducted a raid in South Manchester.

Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack.
