Meghan Markle was kidnapped and held as a hostage by the SAS in an exercise to prepare her for potential terror attacks.
It is claimed the "kidnapping" the actress was put through “frightened the life out of her," according to the Daily Star.
The exercise was part of two days of training she attended with Prince Harry in Herefordshire, whom she is due to marry in May.
A former SAS officer told the Daily Express the training will have "petrified" Markle even though she knew "the enemy was not real."
They explained that live ammo is used during the training because it means she'll know "what real gunfire sounds like should, God forbid, she ever be in a hostile situation.”
Former Army intelligence officer Gerald Moor has also said the training is given by the “finest and toughest” officers and Markle has probably also been taught how to act around kidnappers.
The most senior members of the Royal family have also reportedly been through similar training exercises in the past.
It is thought that at the Royal Wedding there will be around 30 top SAS officers on guard to protect the couple.
Markle also already has security guarding her at all times.
