Canadian swooner Michael Bublé will be honoured with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame next week.

The four-time Grammy Award winner, known for hits such as Home, Haven’t Met You Yet and Everything, will be recognised for his contribution to music in a ceremony on November 16.

Elvis’s former wife Priscilla Presley is expected to speak at the ceremony, after previously working with Bublé on his 2015 album 'If I Can Dream: Elvis Presley with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra'.

Bublé’s star will be the 2,650th installed on the Walk of Fame, with his fellow 2019 inductees including Daniel Craig, Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway.

His new studio album, Love, is the first produced by the singer in two years after Bublé and his wife, Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, 31, put their careers on hold to support their son Noah’s recovery from liver cancer.

Hollywood Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said: “Michael Buble’s velvety smooth renditions of the timeless classics from the Great American Songbook continue to shower us with love and lead us down memory lane.

“He effortlessly merges the music of the past with the present, and we welcome his bright star to shine forever on our Hollywood Walk of Fame.”

The singer has previously satirised Hollywood celebrity on his 2010 single ‘Hollywood’.

The music video saw Bublé dressed as iconic cinema icons while singing the refrain “Hollywood is dead”.
