Police in Paris have evacuated a migrant camp just one month after it was last evacuated.
Migrants started to be removed from the camp at the Porte de la Chapelle at around 6am local time this morning (August 18).
Roads around the area were closed so traffic could not get through, according to The Local.
Riot police were at the scene, however photos appear to show a peaceful evacuation which was completed by 9:30am local time.
Buses took the migrants to 18 different locations in the Ile-de-France region.
Last month roughly 2,500 people were taken out of the makeshift camp to temporary holding areas such as school halls.
In May 1,000 people were removed from the camp by police, while earlier this year boulders were also placed under flyovers in the area in an attempt to encourage migrants not to settle there.
