The Netmums drop-in clinic will allow parents to save time and put their minds at rest, says the editor-in-chief.

Netmums has launched a virtual drop-in clinic, for parents to get expert advice on their mobile. The clinic runs every weeknight and is staffed by experts from health backgrounds, covering topics such as sleeping, health and feeding.

Netmums' editor-in-chief Anne-Marie O'Leary told Julia Hartley-Brewer the clinic saves you time as you don't have to "go to a GP or any other kind of NHS resource." If needed, "it directs your intentions to exactly the right sort of follow up."

O'Leary said that "trained medical professionals will be there to answer your questions," rather than other mums who often answer questions on Netmums' forums.

Even though the clinic runs between 7:30-9:30pm, they're "allowing parents to post a question when it’s convenient to them," which will be answered when healthcare professionals log on.
