Businessman Charlie Mullins has branded Theresa May a "lame duck" and called for Brexit to be cancelled.
The Pimlico Plumbers founder appeared on the Mike Graham show broadcast live from Westminster in the wake of the confidence vote.
"Now's the time to cancel Brexit, give us a bit of breathing space," Mr Mullins said.
"From a business point of view it's getting a lot harder now to recruit staff, less investment is coming over. It hasn't hit the fan yet and when it does hit the fan, we're going to be financially worse off."

Despite winning the confidence vote called against her by Conservative MPs, Mr Mullins slated the Prime Minister's ability to lead her party.
"She is not capable, she's got no authority, she's got no power, she's a lame duck," he said. "Why should we keep her in charge?".
"Her own Brexiteers want her out, you've got a third of her own party don't want her in there."
Mr Mullins claimed he could sort the issue of Brexit out "straight away" by remaining in the EU.
"It's really simple. You cancel Brexit, you withdraw Article 50, and the best deal we've got is the deal we've already entered into. It's been a great deal for a number of years now, why would we come out."
