A terrorist from Palestine is to be deported from the US after admitting that she hid her convictions for two bombings in Jerusalem.
Rasmea Odeh, who has been living in Chicago, was was convicted of two bombings in 1970, one of which took place at a supermarket in Jerusalem and killed two men.
She travelled to Detroit for her final court appearance before deportation today (August 17), according to The Times of Israel.
She has admitted to concealing her convictions both when she entered America and when she made an application for citizenship in 2004.
It is not thought that she will be handed a prison sentence for the crime but she is expected to be deported to Jordan or another country.
Odeh has worked with Arab immigrants and she is said to be well-respected in Chicago.
She claimed she only confessed to the bombings in the 1970s because she was tortured by the Israeli military. Then, in 1979, she was released in a prisoner swap with terror group Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
