A High Court Judge has banned the publication of the photographs allegedly hacked from Pippa Middleton's iCloud account.

The younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge took civil action against "person or persons unknown", after the alleged hacking.

Tabloid newspaper The Sun later reported it was offered the images, which included pictures of Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The paper was said to have been offered the shots in exchange for £50,000 after being approached by someone using a pseudonym on encrypted messaging service WhatsApp.

A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of an offence under the Computer Misuse Act in Northamptonshire and later bailed.
