A 22-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of this morning in the Netherlands on suspicion of threatening an attack.
A special police unit raided a house at around 2am local time and in a Dutch statement police said the home had been searched and a man was arrested, but no other details were given.
The arrest in Brabant took place just hours after a gig was cancelled because Spanish police feared it was being targeted for an attack.
Many had been planning to attend last night's (August 23) concert to see US band Allah-Las in Rotterdam's Maassilo, according to the BBC.
Police arrived at the venue in bulletproof vests and evacuated the area. A van with gas cannisters inside was also found and the driver, who is Spanish, was arrested.
Last week attacks took place in Spain in Barcelona and Cambrils and 15 people were killed.
However, local media reported that the van driver was drunk and Dutch authorities played down the idea of the arrest being linked just hours after it was made.
It is thought the driver had the cannisters in his van for his job as it is claimed he is a mechanic.
The band Allah-Las said last year that they have often had messages from Muslims who say they are offended by the use of Allah in their name.
