Qatar Airways has announced that they will now be loaning laptops to business class passengers affected by the US and UK electronics bans.
The gesture cpomes after both London and Washington banned passengers travelling from certain Middle Eastern and North African countries from carrying large electronic devices in hand luggage.
The laptops will be loaned out for free and there will also be complimentary Wi-Fi available for one hour, according to The Jakarta Post.
Passengers can also use Wi-Fi for the full duration of the flight by paying a charge of £4.
Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways CEO, told CNN: ”We truly appreciate the importance of being able to work on board our aircraft."
Etihad Airways has also recently announced that "top-paying" passengers will be entitled to borrow iPads for flights.
