A man has been injured in Barking after a suspected acid attack in broad daylight.
The cause of the incident is believed to be road rage, according to police, although this has yet to be officially confirmed.
Police and ambulance workers were called to a scene in North Street at around 12pm today (October 10), and treated a man for minor injuries.
The incident took place near the Abbey Children's Centre, a nursery, but this facility was not involved in the incident.
As of 2pm nobody had been arrested in connection with the attack.
