Rufus Hound had an important response to a Twitter user who blasted him for warning about the dangers of modern technology.
Our host - covering for Iain Lee while he takes part in I'm A Celebrity - had opened a debate about screens, sharing his current feelings on the subject and suggesting we rely too heavily on technology in our daily life.
Taking offence to some of those views, a troll told him to "get off the high horse" and show appreciation for it, saying his generation was "more connected and social than ever before.
Rufus took some time to respond to this: "I'm not saying get off your phone.
"What I am saying is my own actual experience - as someone who grew up in a time when we didn't have that level of connection - of aging in a world where people seemingly have issues with low self-esteem, mental health, self-harm...
"I have kids and it's terrifying. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I've got a problem with young people today.
"It's not generational. It's seemingly the people who really understand it saying there are deep-seated dangers with this."
