Self-inflicted illnesses cost the NHS £11bn a year, and Sam Delaney wants to know whether this spending is justified.

Kathryn Szrodecki is an obesity campaigner who doesn't necessarily believe that this spending is unfair, as there are other situations that she believes equate to obesity. However, HIV isn't one of those things to compare it to.
