Saudi Arabia has said it is currently dealing with a major cyberattack.
The country's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) said an 'Advanced Persistent Threat' was targeting the kingdom, using "PowerShell" malware.
The software of "PowerShell" provides code that is used as default on all Windows computers, but hackers attempt to exploit it to create vulnerabilities.
NCSC did not make it clear where the attack was originating from, or reveal the organisations that had been targeted by the hackers.
This is not the first time the country has been subjected to high-profile cyberattacks.
In 2016, the Saudi public and financial sectors were hit with a major incident, and a major attack was mounted on the energy sector using the "Shamoon" malware.
